How do I diet with a family?
The word diet has taken on a new meaning in today’s culture. It’s looked as a negative part of our society. There are all kinds of “diets”.
Webster’s Dictionary defines the word Diet: restricted or regulated course of feeding, kind of food lived on.
So….what diet do you follow, a healthy diet or an unhealthy diet?
Your “diet” is what you decide to feed yourself and your family. If you have been following an unhealthy diet then you need to begin to make changes to follow a healthy diet.
Here are a few tips to help you.
* Good planning and being organized
* Educate yourself on what is healthy
* Begin replacing healthy choices for the unhealthy ones
* Start breaking old habits and begin new ones
* Be patient…it takes time to undo bad habits
* Remember…baby steps
