Food for Thought…
If we depend, crave, or obsess something so much that we’ll do anything to get it, it is a sign that we are addicted to it and out of tune with God.

3. Today’s diet is a habit of wrong food choices
Look at your habits. Start by journaling and becoming very familiar with where you eat, what you eat, why you eat, family traditions and recipes. These all can be habits. As you do this, a pattern will begin to form. That pattern is your habits.
Do this same method of journaling with your dependencies, what enslaves you, and what your obsessions are.
Stay within food boundaries, and don’t get sidetracked into other areas of your life.
When you have finished this assignment you should have a pretty good idea of your eating lifestyle.
The next step is changing these areas. One step at a time.
